What We Built

A full practice automation suite: automated appointment reminders via SMS and email, a post-visit review request flow with smart routing (5-star → Google, anything lower → private feedback), a recall nudge sequence for patients overdue on cleanings, and a single owner dashboard showing recall rate, appointment fill rate, and review count across all locations.

The Result

No-show rate dropped from 18% to 7% within 6 weeks. Google review count doubled in 90 days. Front desk time on manual outreach cut by over 60%. The clinic is also currently piloting a voice AI receptionist for after-hours calls — early results show it handling appointment booking and FAQs without any human intervention.

The Problem

What We Built

Two-way inventory sync between Shopify and social channels — "sold" comments automatically create draft orders and send checkout links via DM. Abandoned cart and win-back sequences triggered automatically from Shopify events. VIP customer tagging based on order history with a dedicated email track for top spenders.

The Result

The Problem

Servicing hospital-grade equipment across dozens of client sites. Engineers were dispatched via email and phone. No digital service records, no parts tracking, no compliance documentation — a liability risk and an audit nightmare.

What We Built

A custom field service management platform. Clients submit service requests via a branded portal with equipment ID, urgency, and photos. Dispatchers assign engineers from a scheduling board, engineers complete digital service reports on-site (compliance checklist, photos, e-signature), and a timestamped PDF is auto-generated and archived. Parts usage logged per visit. Full service history per equipment asset.

The Result

Passed a previously-dreaded compliance audit with zero findings. Engineers save 30 minutes per visit from paperwork elimination. Client renewal rate improved — the portal became a differentiator in contract renewals.

Recruitment Management System

The Problem

Managing 200+ active candidates and 40+ open roles across a small team of recruiters — all in a shared spreadsheet. Candidates were falling through the cracks, duplicate outreach was common, and there was no visibility into pipeline health.

What We Built

A custom ATS built on Next.js with an edge database. Recruiters post roles, track candidates across configurable pipeline stages, log notes and calls, and set follow-up reminders. AI-assisted screening summarises résumés and flags keyword matches against each role. Automated touchpoints keep candidates warm between stages. A live pipeline dashboard gives team leaders full visibility without chasing updates.

The Result

Placement rate improved 22% in the first quarter. Time-to-fill dropped from 34 days to 21. The team adopted it fully within two weeks — no training sessions required.
