We send back one or two clarifying questions — usually within an hour. Then we lock in scope and timeline before we touch a line of code.

We build a working prototype.
On your actual infrastructure — your phone number, your calendar, your data. Usually ready within 48 hours. You test it. You break it. You decide.

You approve and we deploy.
Once you're happy, we move it to production. Invoice follows. We stay available for tweaks and maintenance — no ticket system, just email.
